​Salon Policies
​We strive to provide every guest with an exceptional and efficient experience. Please review the following policies to ensure the best service possible:
Punctuality & Late Arrivals
To maintain a smooth schedule for all clients:

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

A $15 late fee applies if you are 15 minutes late.

A $30 late fee applies if you are 30 minutes late, if we are still able to accommodate your service.

Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may be considered a no-show.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Your time is valuable, and so is ours. To respect everyone’s schedule:

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will incur a $50 fee to rebook, and your card will be automatically charged.

A $50 fee also applies for cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment.

You may cancel through the booking app, the confirmation email link, or by calling the salon directly.

Cancellations sent via text or to our marketing email are not monitored and will not be accepted.
Payments & Gratuity

We accept cash and all major credit cards for services and products.

Gratuities are welcomed in cash or can be added to your total via credit card.
Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with a hairstyle or color service, we are happy to make adjustments:

Revisions must be requested within 48 hours of the original appointment.

Adjustments are free of charge and at the discretion of your original stylist.
Color & Extension Services

All color and extension services require a consultation and a 50% deposit to book.

Deposits are non-refundable.
Chemical Services Disclaimer
We are not responsible for hair damage resulting from chemical or color procedures. Please consult with your stylist before beginning any chemical services.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
